Coronavirus Update

The Boys & Girls Club of Washington County Board of Directors, Executive Committee met the evening of March 12th, 2020 to discuss the Coronavirus outbreak as well as the orders made by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.

At the direction of Governor Mike DeWine, both BGCWC locations are closed to students until the re-open date of Monday April 6th. While we are closed, we will serve as a food pick-up/delivery location for GoPacks 4 Kids in Marietta. For more Information about that, please contact GoPacks or the Club’s Main Office.

Likewise, the BGCWC Annual Dinner & Auction has been postponed to Saturday, August 22nd, 2020 at the Marietta Shrine Club. Tickets that have already been sold will be accepted at the door. If you are no-longer able to attend and would like to return and get a refund on your tickets, please contact our Office and we will make that happen.

While we are closed, in addition to being a GoPacks location, our staff will be working to get ready for the summer program as well as thoroughly clean and disinfect our facility.

Our Office hours during the closure, will be 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Our regular office hours will resume normal procedure starting April 6th.
